I am a certified and experienced integrative health and wellness specialist, public speaker, volunteer, sister, daughter, wife and mother. My journey into the field of wellbeing began a long time ago.
My amazing mother used a holistic approach in her professional life, as a nurse, and in her personal life. She believed that touch, compassion, and listening to her patients were integral parts of their healing and recovery. My mom practiced yoga (usually with a baby crawling over her), prepared fresh foods (during decades when canned veggies were in fashion), gardened, and helped anyone in need all while raising four daughters from a place of loving kindness.
I chose to combine the healing arts as health coach and yoga therapist to fulfill my passion of working with people to improve their health and overall sense of wellbeing. This was triggered after many years of my husband and I researching ways to help him manage hypoglycemia, IBD, anxiety, chronic back pain, asthma, and allergies.
Yoga and meditation provided relief. However, dramatic results happened after he experimented with food and other lifestyle choices.
My mission is to inspire and empower you to reach your health goals through nutrition, yoga, stress management and leading a healthy lifestyle.
